2-for-1 split of ÅF shares

In accordance with the decision of the 2014 AGM, ÅF AB will carry out a 2-for-1 split of shares. The record day is June 17, 2014. The new holding is expected to be visible on the shareholder's securities account on June 18, 2014.

The new ISIN codes for trading ÅF shares will be SE0005999828 for shares of series A and SE0005999836 for shares of series B. Last day of trading shares with the old ISIN code is June 12, 2014. First day of trading shares with the new ISIN is June 13, 2014.
